2:00 P.M.

The Central Ohio Laundry Expo begins! Make sure you arrive before 3:00 P.M. to be eligible to win a Whirlpool washer.

3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Seminar 1: Creating the Win-Win: Getting what you want by giving customers what they want. Presented by Dan Grise (Laundry Consultant, Teeters Products).

Running any good business id dependent on understanding what customers want. The self-service laundry business is no exception. This seminar will take an in depth look at what self-service laundry customers are looking for in their laundry experience. It will also focus on laundry solutions that owners can provide that will exceed customer expectations. The best facilities produce a win-win situation where the customer is satisfied and the owner profitable. Several case studies will be shared with an emphasis on high performance highly efficient solutions.

5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. American Buffet. At the buffet the following items will be served before entrees: Redskin Potato Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Fresh Fruit, Crisp Vegetable Crudite, and Garden Salad (with Choice of Dressing). The laundry industry has changed and operators need to employ fresh strategies in order to maintain the bottom line. Some of the topics that will be discussed are: advertising and marketing; upgrading equipment; raising vend prices; and seven other strategies for success in today's market.
